You know gift cards are a great way to attract new clients, but are you using them to keep the ones you already have? As well as delivering great service, ensuring your clients feel valued will have a dramatic impact on loyalty, and in turn your bottom line. Gift cards are one of the easiest and most effective methods of rewarding clients and helping them feeling appreciated throughout the year. As well as being inexpensive, it is a gift that physically keeps your clients coming back in to the salon to see you – which is the whole point, right?
How and when should you be using gift card giveaways in you business? Here are a few ideas:
Be part of their special day
Clients love that personal touch – so why not use the information you know about them such as their wedding anniversary or birthday to offer your best wishes with a gift card.
