Shortcuts Software turns pink
Shortcuts Software turned pink last week to celebrate its support of
pink me! – a national fundraising campaign initiated by the hair industry to turn hundreds of salons pink in October. Pink balloons and streamers adorned Shortcuts’ headquarters in Brisbane, while the Shortcuts team wore their prettiest pink outfits and brought their favourite pink desserts for morning tea – all to highlight the launch of the ‘
pink me!’ campaign.
pink me! is an initiative between salons and manufacturers, such as Easydry, L’Oréal, Boutique Marketing, and salon software specialist Shortcuts. It is the largest collaboration that hairdressing has ever seen, and it is hoped that
pink me! will become an annual event. Salons already on board for the campaign include the award-winning Sublime, Suki, and Jools for Jim.
Shortcuts Software’s CEO, Rebecca Randle, said Shortcuts is proud to be a sponsor of this first-of-a-kind industry initiative.
“We hope to encourage hundreds of salons to participate in this campaign and raise thousands for the McGrath Foundation,” Ms Randle said.
“It’s a fabulous initiative, which will help the McGrath Foundation with their endeavour to provide every Australian woman diagnosed with breast cancer, and their family, access to a dedicated breast care nurse.” To turn your salon pink and support the
