How do I copy an employee schedule? Do I need to add it in one by one? |
A. |
To copy an employee’s schedule, follow the simple steps below:
- Go to the ‘Tools’ menu.
- Select ‘Schedule’
- In this screen, select ‘Mark Cell’ at the upper left-hand corner.
- Click the first day of the week that you are trying to copy.
- Then click the last day of the week.
- Right click in the darken area and select ‘Schedule until...’
- The calendar will open and you need to choose the END date of the time period you’d like to use this schedule for.
This is a really handy way to cut back on time when managing schedules.
