Problem: The Appointment Book times are coming up in the 24 hour clock eg, 13.00, 14.00 etc, how do I change this so they are displayed as 1.00, 2.00?
Solution:
1. Exit Shortcuts on all computers (Main Menu, Exit, Exit Shortcuts) 2. Hit the Windows Start button (or hold down Ctrl and then press Esc) 3. Select Settings, then Select Control Panel, Double click on Regional Settings and then select the Time tab 4. Time Style should be hh:mm:ss – if it is a Capital H or HH change it to hh 5. Hit Apply, then OK and start up Shortcuts
