Problem: Once your computer has been configured and installed, if you wish to change the Appointment Book Interval, follow the instructions below.
Solution:
1. Exit Shortcuts on all computers (Main Menu, Exit, Exit Shortcuts) 2. Hit the Windows Start Button, from the task bar (or hold down Ctrl and then press Esc on your keyboard) 3. Select Workshop 4. Once in the Workshop screen, select Appointment Interval (under the Options heading) 5. Key in the new Interval (eg 15) and hit OK 6. Exit out of the Workshop screen and back into Shortcuts.
