Wanting to sell multiple Gift Certificates to one particular client, in one transaction.

Answer:
You need to setup individual Gift Certificates with amounts in the Gift Certificate Setup screen. (If you are ensure of how to do this, please refer to the 2000 users guide).

This feature is available in Shortcuts 2002.
