Question: The problem is in the Employee Performance Report, employees are still getting credit for Services and Products that customers have paid for using points. For example: If a service is $100.00, customer pays with $50.00 cash and $50.00 points – on the Employee Performance report the employee is getting credit for $100.00 not $50.00.
Answer: The reason for this is that the Employee Performance report works out how much work each employee has done, regardless of how the customer has paid. Also the report does not know what was brought on points when there is a mixture of payment types and items for a transaction. |
