Problem:
Some suppliers have started to offer a discount for early payment of the invoice, Shortcuts does not have a feature for this at the moment.
Work Around:1. Add a new product into the Product Selection Screen called “Early Payment Discount”
2. Put in a Buy Price of -$1.00.
3. Before you receive the order, go into this Product Selection Screen and change the buy price to -$5.55 if this is the discount amount, you then add this item to the order and the total invoice amount will be reduced, with the correct GST amount.
(You can’t edit the price in the receive screen as it defaults back to a Positive number) |
