Problem:
All future Appointments & Tasks have gone blue.
Solution:1. Exit Shortcuts, if you are running a network then ensure to exit Shortcuts on all computers (Main Menu, Exit, and Exit Shortcuts).
2. On the Server computer, Hit the Windows Start button (or hold down Ctrl and press Esc on the keyboard).
3. Select Workshop. Shortcuts Workshop will open up, click on Select All, then Check Tables, once the system has gone thorough checking all the tables, click on Select All, then Validate Data, once this is completed on the right hand side of the screen it will list any problems that were found.
4. Then hit the Done button to exit Workshop. Restart Shortcuts, and all future appointments will be green except for today’s which will remain blue as the computer does not know which of them have been made arrived, so you may need to change these over manually. |
