Problem:
Inserting the backup disk, selecting the backup icon and an error appears on the screen, this may be a

“Database Warning” or an “Illegal Operation”.

Solution:
    1. Hit OK or Close to get rid of the error message.

    2. Exit out of Shortcuts on all computers

    3. Hit the Windows Start button (or hold down Ctrl and then press Esc on the keyboard)

    4. Select Workshop

    5. Select Select All then Check Tables

    6. Select Select All then Validate

    7. Hit Done to exit Workshop and attempt the backup again
