Problem:
On a clean installation of Shortcuts 2002 up to version 5.0.1.55, difficulties have been experienced when configuring a Cash Drawer using a Serial Converter (no Receipt printer). Cash Drawer will open in the Workshop screen when clicking on the Test icon but not in Point of Sale (in Shortcuts). It comes up with a Com Port error.

Solution 1:
Please set the following setting in the Workshop\Hardware Wizard\Cash Drawer tab.

Stop: 1
Speed: 110
Parity: Odd
Open: 61616161
