Problem: No Cash Drawer attached but when checking clients thru Point of Sale, the following error appears on the screen:
"Error in Com Port"
Solution:
Exit Shortcuts Open Workshop (Windows Start, Select Workshop) Select Hardware Select the Cash Drawer Tab Select the Generic option from the drop down list. Delete the Open command Hit OK to Exit the Hardware Wizard Hit Done to Exit Workshop
