Problem:
The cordless keyboard is not working in Shortcuts, but is working fine in Windows and in other applications.

Solution:
    Exit Shortcuts
    Open up Windows Explorer (Right mouse click on the Windows Start button and select Explore)
    Select the C:\Shortcuts directory
    Highlight the following file in the Shortcuts directory DeviceDallas.dll*
    Right mouse click on this file and select Rename
    Rename the file to DeviceDallas.old

Note: If you are not using a barcode scanner then you may also rename BarcodeController.dll

* If you cannot see DeviceDallas.dll, ensure you can view all hidden files (Tools, Folder Options, View, ensure the option to see hidden files is selected).
