Problem:
The Keyboard is not working in Shortcuts but works fine in Word.

Hardware Setup: The Barcode Scanner is attached to the keyboard port using a split cable and the other end of this split cable is plugged into the Keyboard.

Solution:
1. Unplug the Barcode Scanner,
2. Plug the keyboard directly into the computer
3. Restart the computer
4. If the keyboard works, re-plug in the Barcode Scanner and re-configure the device using the Barcode
5. Installation Manual thru workshop.
