Problem:
The following message appears on the screen when trying to go into Shortcuts:

Node Fixing Error
Failed Socket Host lock up
Unable to initialise License

Solution:
The message is indicating that the network card needs to be re-inserted or that it has failed. Please contact your Shortcuts Reseller or a local computer technician.
