Problem:
The Shortcuts application opens up fine on the server computer, but when opening up Shortcuts on the client computer an error occurs:

“Error sending network data"
Sometimes say’s "No License Server could be contacted"

Solution:
Check the IP addresses on all the computers on the network, they should range from:

• Server - 192.168.0.1
• Client 1 - 192.168.0.2
• Client 2 - 192.168.0.3 etc

There should not be two identical IP addresses on any of the computers; if you do come across a computer that has two identical IP addresses please delete one. For more information on this please see article “Setting up a network for Shortcuts” and “Network Check List for Shortcuts.
