Problem: Marketing not working with Microsoft Suite or Works Suite?
Solution: We do not support this, please use the following as a work around.
1. Find the correct path for Microsoft Word by simply hitting the Windows Start Button, Select Find, Select Files or Folders, in named type winword.exe
2. Add that path name into the Word Processor field in Shortcuts (Setup Menu, Configuration, General setup, General) so that the default processor is Word not Works (apparently there are some errors appearing when clients use this version of Works)
3. When using the Marketing Mail button Word will open Create the marketing letters / labels etc as you would normally using other versions MS Word
