Problem:
The above error is caused by the computer crashing or shutting down while a transaction was being entered at Point of Sale.
When trying to either re-enter the client through Point of Sale or trying to view the Transaction screen the error will appear and might also have a Transaction number included in the error message.
Solution:
In Point of Sale hit the Transaction button and keep selecting OK to the error message when it appears until you can view the list of Transactions. Delete the last transaction entered before the computer crashed. If the error message listed a transaction number/s delete that particular transaction/s and then re-enter the sale again through Point of Sale. |
