Problem: An appointment was made in the Appointment Book and then deleted, why is this appointment still appearing in the “Confirmation Status” screen?
Solution: If the appointment was cancelled and then deleted, the Confirmation-Status screen will not delete the appointment-confirmation, but rather mark it as ‘deleted’ to keep a log of Cancelled->Deleted appointments.
