Problem:
When clicking on the Hardware button in the workshop screen, the screen goes blue with the following error message:

"Fatal Exception Error, OE has occurred at 0028;c15ddci7nbxd basic2 (01) +00040d7. the current application will be terminated".

Solution:
1. Hit the Windows Start button (or hold down Ctrl and then press Esc)

2. Select Run from the menu

3. In the run box type Regedit and press Enter

4. The Registry Editor window will open, select HKey_Local_Machine, Software, Shortcuts, Hardware

5. Change the Docket Printer Type from 1 to 2

6. Reboot the computer
