Problem:
The Gift Certificate numbers are not coming up at Point of Sale when selling them.

Solution:
1. Select Setup Menu

2. Select Configuration

3. Select Gift Certificate

4. Select the Gift Certificate from the drop down list

5. Ensure Requires Tracking Number is ticked

6. Hit Done to exit
