Question: Does the Employee Performance Summary Report show points and can this be printed out?
Answer: The Employee Performance Summary Report now can be printed out showing Points for Services & Products.
Note: Service Points: If you want Employees to receive points on Services, please ensure this has been setup in the Service Setup Screen (Setup Menu, Services, Setup) Product Points: If you want Employees to receive points on Products please ensure the tick box “Allocate employee points on product sales” is ticked. This box is located under the Setup Menu, Configuration, and Point of Sale Setup.
EG: If this box is ticked and a transaction for $15.00 goes through Point of Sale, 15 points will be recorded on the Employee Performance Report for that employee. It is important to remember that if this option is un-ticked, any transactions that go through Point of Sale will not have points recorded. If you wish to have points recorded for these transactions you will need to, tick the option on, delete the transactions and re-enter them. |
