Problem: The drilldown section of the Employee Services Breakdown by Quantity report does not include the quantity of Services performed, only the name and amount.
Solution: Fixed in Shortcuts 2000 Service Release 2 patch Version 4.0.0.116
This has been fixed but the figures in the Quantity column appear as a decimal value but are actually calculating correctly as a whole figure.
For example: The figures in the Quantity column will appear as 6.00 instead of just 6.
