Problem:
1. When viewing a report, the View button does not disable, this allows the user to press it again

2. When printing a report, the print button is not disabling, so the user can hit print again even before the first job has finished printing.

3. The report viewer can still be closed while a report is still printing or processing.

Solution:
Fixed in Shortcuts 2000 Service Release 2, Patch version 4.0.0.116
