Question:
Can you do Partial Redemption on points?
Answer:
Yes you can now do Partial Redemption. Simply hit the Total column for the item the customer wishes to pay for using points, this will bring up the VIP picture. A screen will appearing asking you how many points you wish to redeem, select the amount and hit done. Then you can choose another method of payment to pay off the rest of the balance.
Note: The GST is only excluded off the amount that the customer is paying on points, the rest of the balance will contain GST, depending on the configuration for the Service or Product.
