Problem: The problem is when you set a Service with an Exempt Tax Rate. Two Database Warnings of: “Code 8710, Tax Module, Error: Could not find record” will appear even though the tax rate is saved.
Solution: Fixed in Shortcuts 2000 Service Release 2 patch Version 4.0.0.116
