Problem: Shortcuts will produce an error message and close when trying to add in new Service categories using blank database tables, after deleting the current default Service categories.
Shortcuts will close after these error messages appear:
“Unable to allocate memory for new employee”. Click “Done” and the next error message will appear:
“Shortcuts.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.”
Solution: Fixed in Version Shortcuts 2002 5.0.1.45
