Problem:
Error message when sending data via the support feature:

"Internet Support feature 552 Message exceeds maximum fixed size (10000000)"


Solution:
It appears that the message is saying that the email is too large; it looks like our email server can only handle 10million bytes or around 10MB per email, so if the data adds up more than this then this error will occur.
