Question:
My backup file is too large, what can I do to reduce the size?

Answer:

Please do the following in order

1. Empty the Log Table in Shortcuts (Tools Menu – Log)
2. Do a Shortcuts Workshop Check, Validate and Pack tables
3. Empty the backup directory (C:\Shortcuts\Backup)

Backup Methods: Floppy disks, Zip disks, Support disk, Memory Stick
