Problem:
Cannot make an employee inactive, coming up saying employee has future appointments

Answer:
1. Ensure there are no future appointments (Reports/Employees/Future Appointments)

2. Double click on a task in the appointment book, this will display all future tasks, delete any for the employee you are making inactive.
