Question: After upgrading to Shortcuts 2003, when you sell retail items they do not come up as #Retail in the Transaction screen, instead all retail and walkin transactions appear as #Walkin? How do I know how many retail transactions have been made for the day?

Yes, this was changed in Shortcuts 2003, all Retail and Walkin transactions will be displayed as #Walkin.
Workaround: If you look under the Transaction Totals tab (instead of Transaction List) you will see "Retail sales only" and "Service sales only". This should supply you with the information you require.
