Problem:
When trying to send SMS the following error message appears on the screen:
"SMS Not Setup" "Unspecified Error"
Solution:
This error message is indicating that there is no internet connection available.
1. Firstly you need to ensure your computer is configured for the internet.
2. Secondly you need to ensure you can successful connect and browse the internet before attempting to use the SMS feature.
Note: This can sometimes be due to a firewall settings on the computer. If you know you have a firewall on your computer please contact your Hardware Computer Technician for assistance on configuring the firewall.
