Problem:
When trying to view the Help File in Shortcuts the following messages appears on the screen:

Internet Explorer: "An Active X control on this page might be unsafe to interact with other parts of the page. Do you want to call this interaction?"
Solution:
If you are running Internet Explore 5 install version 6. If you are already running version 6, uninstall and reinstall 6.
