Problem: When attempting to open up Shortcuts, the following error message appears on the screen:
“Failed to create socket - 10047, TCP/IP may not be installed”
Solution: 1. Restart Computer(s)
2. Open up Workshop (From the Windows Start menu select Workshop)
3. Check the Network Setup, ensure the correct one is selected, if you are a standalone computer (not on a network) the Network Setup should say Single User. If you are running a network the server computer should be set to Network Server and the client computer to Network Client.
