Problem: Installed Shortcuts 2003 Version 93 on a network, when trying to open up Shortcuts on the Server and Client computer the following error message appears:
"11265 Network Initialized Failed" or "11265 Open User List Private Directory"
Solution: Check the net directory on both computers, in this example the net directory on both computers was changed to: \\Server\Shortcuts
