Problem/Question: When you go to the confirmation screen, a warning appears stating: “The following clients have appointment confirmations but no appointments. Do you wish to delete the appointment confirmation? YES/NO”
Action/Resolution: Always choose "Yes"
Most likely a client’s appointment has been deleted from the schedule screen (Client List, right mouse click on client name, select Schedule), for a day different to that which is currently viewed on the appointment book. This will cause the appointment to be deleted, BUT NOT the appointment confirmation.
Please note this is just a warning that comes up on the screen and does not affect SMS.
