Problem: When an appointment is made or moved on the Client computer, the change is reflected on the Server computer straight away, but when the change is made on the server it does not update the client computer?
Note, if on the client computer you flick to "Tomorrows" Appointment page and back today, the changes will appear on the Client computer without delay.
Solution: Disconnect the dial up account and disable the firewall and then try making appointments on the server computer. If this works then you need to configure your Firewall for Shortcuts.
Eg for Norton's Firmware you need to allow the following files thru:
- shortcuts.exe - LicenseServer.exe (if it is running on the computer) - DataAgent.exe |
