Problem: When attempting to do a Shortcuts backup, an error appears on the screen:
“Error occurred during backup’ The error was " " "Success"
Solution: The reason why this would appear is if a backup has already been preformed on the same disk within the last hour. Shortcuts names the backup file using the current date and time. This error is indicating that the backup they are trying to perform cannot overwrite the one on the disk they did within the last hour.
You have the option to delete the backup file off the disk or use a different backup disk.
