Problem: When trying to view the Employee Performance Report the following error appears on the screen and the report does not view on the screen:
"The value/range you are adding has already existed"
Solution: The report has "Multiple Values" that it cannot handle. This error could appear on any report. The error means that there are two values the same; therefore the report could not be displayed. You would need to check the report categories to ensure that there are no two names the same – Setup menu – Services – rpts Categ.
