Problem\Question:
This error may occur after upgrading to the latest patch after other ShortCuts patches have been previously applied. Error C:\dev\sc2000\scupdate\ scupdlg.cpp. Line 214 - Error The filename cannot be accessed or is a directory

Solution:
1. Exit Shortcuts and open Windows Explorer.

2. Delete the contents of the C:\ShortCuts2000\Setup\Backup directory

3. Reload Shortcuts
