Problem\Question:
Attempting to install Shortcuts onto a new computer, the following message appears:

"This version of Shortcuts, is designed for a different country"

Solution:
This is indicating that your computer setting are set to the incorrect country.

Select the Windows Start menu, Select Control Panel, Select Regional and language options and change the Country (eg from United States to English Australian).
