Problem\Question:
The follow error may be received from Shortcuts installation, This message comes from the Windows Installer subsystem of windows. Internal Error Code; 2355

Solution:
1. The CD may be damaged, try replacing it

2. Or the CD drive may be damaged or the CD could be spinning too quickly.

Please contact your Shortcuts Reseller or a local Hardware Technician.
