Problem\Question:
Installing Shortcuts 2003, getting the following error message:

"Msizap.exe, file could not be found".

Solution:
Uninstall Shortcuts 2003, search and delete the following file: setbde.exe. Empty the recycle bin, reboot and reinstall Shortcuts.
