Problem\Question:
Towards the end of a fresh install an error appears "License Server unable to load BDE.Dll" click Finish. Double clicking on the Shortcuts icon, the following error appears:

"Run Time Error"
C:\shortcuts2000\shortcuts.exe abnormal program termination.

Solution:
You are required to uninstall Shortcuts through the Add Remove Programs and then do the install again, ensure all Shortcuts related files are removed for further information see article on uninstalling and reinstalling Shortcuts.
