Problem\Question:
Trying to upgrade from Shortcuts 98 to Shortcuts 2000, getting the following error message:

"Error 1721. There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor"

Solution:
Ensure the correct CD is being used to upgrade from 98 to 2000 eg 4.0.0.116 and NOT 4.0.0.109
