Problem\Question:
After the upgrade has completed, when going into Shortcuts the following message appears on the screen:

"Invalid Pointer" "A system error has occurred shortcuts will now close". Or Communication initialization error, Invalid Pointer. Management License.dll was not found.

Solution:
Hit the Windows Start button (or hold down Ctrl and then press ESC on the keyboard) Select Run Type in shortcuts.exe /regserver and then click OK
