What makes Woohoo Salon different?

We focus on customer service and provide on-trend hair, always. We also use procedures and systems to our advantage to ensure a consistent, high quality experience for our clients.

What’s it like to work at Woohoo Salon?

At Woohoo Salon, we work hard and play hard. We expect a lot from our team, and we reward accordingly.

How do you motivate the team?

Like most good salons, we have a great bonus structure and training program. We offer our staff lots of creative events, as well as technical training and personal development. This really builds team morale.

How do you fit in?

My job is to mentor and motivate, and keep everyone else moving. People come to me for advice – whether it’s career advice, life advice, or just general support, I’m there for the team.

What’s your biggest focus at the moment?

Brett and I have just welcomed baby Sloane into the world, so we are very focused on family at the moment. Knowing we can take time out and still enjoy success is very important – because we have the right systems in place, we can have our cake and eat it too.

What inspires you professionally?

Helping other people achieve their goals is the number one thing for me. I feel the happiest when I am working with positive people who are motivated to achieve.

What inspires you personally?

My family. Sunshine and sandy beaches. Happy people. People who smile always.

What are your hobbies?

I’m a great cook and I love to entertain. I’m always hosting dinner parties and having friends over. My specialties are slow cooked lamb, saganaki cheese – anything savoury.

Do you have any vices?

French cheese, French champagne. General indulgence!
